Second Visit - Still Decent Value!

Second stay at the LK, great value, rooms big and clean. Good location, a short walk to the nightlife and food outlets. Pool area is small and shaded for large parts of the day. All the same, the pool is lovely and a great way to chill out for a couple of hours. Never had breakfast on my second visit due to the cost being quoted on check in. I ate breakfast out at less that half the cost of the LK. One small concern, I took the stairs several times, only to encounter spare beds, chairs and wardrobes blocking stairwells. No problem to walk round them, not sure I would be as happy if a fire should occur. Also, I would stop at the LK again as long as the Indian guy who spent every night all night shouting down his phone to someone is not in the next room to me. Absolute chopper he was!

Reception staff don’t look up and speak to you when you walk past, reception just had an unfriendly atmosphere. Room was comfortable - couldn’t get the wifi to work at all Bed very comfortable and big Bathroom spacious but water temperature was inconsistent and would go hot or cold for no reason Cleaners were absolutely outstanding always greeted you in the morning and cleaned the room in no time. Great location Would possibly stay here again for the location and comfy bed but the no wifi, unfriendly reception staff and the inconsistent shower could put me off

This hotel is honestly the best I’ve stayed , the reception staff , the cleanliness and I’m my god the beds are heavenly , this is my 19th trip to Pattaya was always loyal to the Hilton ( overpriced and rude staff ) I will only come back to this hotel from now on , super job guys and a hidden gem in a country where standards are not up to western standards

Great hotel with superb friendly staff. This hotel offers great value for money, a good level of accommodation and the staff are really nice and accommodating. The location is very good close to Soi Buakhoaw, Tree town etc. The only slight negative is that it is set on the very busy 3rd road Pattaya. Rooms very good, furniture a bit dated but you are not paying premium rates. Good wifi. Aircon, shower etc. The only slight negative is that there is a very noisy music venue on the Pattaya west side of the hotel playing music to the early hours, the hotel moved me to the side facing Jomtiem and the problem was sorted. This is of course not the hotels fault. Overall a very good hotel and I will happily stay again. Thanks LK staff for a very pleasant stay.

Have stayed in this hotel twice with a friend and both the times we booked a King Suite. The hotel is very good and continues to offer the same experience of other LK properties. This hotel is close to some of the nightlife hotspots like LK Metro, Soi Chaiyapoon etc, however it is quite some distance away from Beach road and Walking Street. The living room in the suite could have been a little more spacious, however the bed rooms and bathrooms are good and there is nothing to complain. Both the times we stayed on the 26th floor and the view from our room was absolutely stunning! It was a good experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel.
